How to ask Journey Questions

This fun and informative workshop will teach you all you need to help you safely journey through Spirit Realms with the medicine of the Shamanic Drum.

You will receive journey tips and techniques from various traditions and perspectives; and you will be shown invaluable tools and foundational knowledge to allow deeper and safer work.

You will get a conceptual framework and lots of practice to learn how to Drum Journey. You need a willingness to drop into an altered state, from which you can view your life and problems from a detached, spiritual perspective, which is not easily achieved in a 'normal' awareness.

Shamanic journeying also provides a way of communicating with our inner self and body. Our inner self is in constant communication with all aspects of our environment, and journeying helps us find answers to our questions.
