A 7-week Qigong series to awaken the chakra system, restore vitality, release stored emotional energy and help your body become a stronger container for spirit work and daily life.

Chakra Warrior is designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom, power and life-force held within each chakra.

Through practical Qigong exercises, breathwork and embodied energy awareness, you will learn to fuel your system with Qi, identify where energy feels blocked or depleted, and support the body to metabolise stress, trauma and emotional residue.

This is a grounded, embodied series for people who want to feel clearer, stronger, more centred and more energetically resilient.

It is especially valuable for healers, practitioners, energy workers and workshop facilitators who need to replenish the energy that their spiritual work consumes, stay grounded, maintain their frequency, and build the vitality required to live, serve and create from a place of power.

Chakra Warrior 7 Week Qigong Series

Energetically, we hold on to the impact of every situation we have ever experienced until such times as we seek to heal.

If our childhood environment was unsupportive, this may have prevented us activating the growth lessons enshrined in each chakra. However, it's never too late to gain access to the wisdom contained within our chakras.

Chakra Warrior focusses on reestablishing the exchange between our personal energy system and universal source consciousness, to better metabolise the energy coming into each chakra.

If you are a Healer, Practitioner, Energy Worker or hold events and workshops for large groups of people, it will support your spirit work, replenishing the energy that intense spirit work consumes.

Increased Qi energy helps you to stay grounded, enabling you to think more clearly and boosting your access to your own creativity. It speeds up sports recovery and helps overcome fatigue.
