3. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be published on our website.
Your continued use of our websites, services, courses, events, digital products, subscriptions or materials after the Terms are updated will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to bring them to your attention.
4. Website Use
You agree to use our websites, courses, digital platforms, communities and content lawfully, respectfully and only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we have given you written permission otherwise.

5. Spiritual, Energetic and Educational Disclaimer
Our services may discuss or involve spiritual, shamanic, metaphysical, energetic, ritual, ancestral, ceremonial, intuitive, psychic, symbolic or non-ordinary reality concepts.
You acknowledge that these concepts are spiritual, educational and experiential in nature. They may not be accepted by all belief systems, scientific frameworks, religions, medical models or professional disciplines.
You are responsible for your own discernment, choices, beliefs, actions, interpretations and outcomes. We do not guarantee any spiritual, emotional, energetic, financial, relational, physical, therapeutic or personal result.
Nothing on our websites, in our sessions, classes, ceremonies, courses, videos, events, workshops, written materials or mentoring should be understood as:
If you have a medical, psychological, psychiatric, physical, emotional, financial or legal concern, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact emergency services or a crisis support service immediately.
6. Personal Responsibility and Informed Participation
By participating in our services, you acknowledge that spiritual, energetic, ceremonial, movement, meditation, Qigong, healing, mentoring and personal development practices can sometimes bring up strong emotions, memories, sensations, insights, resistance, fatigue or discomfort.
You agree that:
We reserve the right to decline, pause or discontinue a service if we reasonably believe it is not suitable, safe or appropriate for you or the group.
7. Fitness, Qigong, Movement and Physical Practices
Some of our services may include Qigong, movement, breath, posture, meditation, embodiment, somatic, energy or exercise-based practices.
You understand that physical activity carries risk, including the risk of injury, strain, dizziness, emotional release, discomfort or aggravation of existing conditions.
You should consult a doctor or qualified health professional before beginning any exercise, movement, breath, Qigong, dietary, health or wellness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, disability, pregnancy, mental health concern, chronic illness or other relevant condition.
You participate at your own risk and are responsible for modifying, pausing or stopping any practice that does not feel suitable for you.
8. Food, Cacao, Catering and Allergies
Some events may include cacao, food, drinks, herbs, ceremonial items or catering.
You are responsible for telling us in writing before the event if you have allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication interactions, sensitivity to stimulants, or any other factor that may affect your participation.
Information provided about food, cacao, herbs or ceremonial substances is for general information only and is not dietary, medical or nutritional advice.
You should consult a qualified health professional if you are unsure whether cacao, food, herbs, movement, ceremony or any activity is suitable for you.
9. Bookings, Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full unless we have agreed to a payment plan or alternative arrangement in writing.
We may use third-party payment processors, booking systems, video platforms, email platforms, learning platforms or subscription systems. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and fees.
We reserve the right to change prices, offers, inclusions, bonuses, dates, locations, facilitators, course structures or availability at any time before purchase.
Once you purchase an offering, the terms, inclusions and price stated at the time of purchase will apply, subject to these Terms and any lawful changes we are required or permitted to make.
10. Payment Plans
If we agree to provide you with a payment plan, you agree to pay all instalments on time.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled simply because you change your mind. It is a commitment to pay the full agreed price over time.
If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to courses, sessions, events, communities, content, recordings or materials until payment is brought up to date.
You remain liable for outstanding amounts unless we agree otherwise in writing or unless a remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law.
11. PowerTV and Digital Access
PowerTV and other digital offerings may provide access to videos, recordings, classes, courses, workshops, meditations, practices, replays, documents, downloadable resources or other online materials.
Unless otherwise stated:
We will make reasonable efforts to keep digital services available, but we are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, third-party platforms, device issues, maintenance, cyber incidents, payment failures, user error, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Subscriptions and Memberships
If you purchase a subscription or membership, you authorise recurring payments according to the subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription fees already charged are not refundable for change of mind, non-use, failure to cancel before renewal, or lack of time to access the content.
If your payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your access.
13. Events, Workshops, Ceremonies and Retreats
Event bookings may be subject to additional terms displayed at the time of booking.
We may need to change an event date, time, venue, format, facilitator, structure, content or delivery method due to illness, low enrolment, venue issues, weather, safety concerns, travel disruption, technology failure, government restrictions, force majeure events or other circumstances.
If we cancel an event, we will offer a reasonable remedy, such as a transfer, credit, replacement date or refund, depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you cannot attend an event, workshop, ceremony or retreat, you must notify us as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated in the offer terms:
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
14. Refunds, Returns and Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product or service has a major failure, you may be entitled to cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a product or service has a minor problem, we may choose to repair, replace, resupply or otherwise remedy the issue within a reasonable time.
We are not required to provide a refund simply because you change your mind, no longer want the product or service, fail to attend, do not use the content, choose the wrong service, find an alternative, or decide the offering is no longer suitable, unless required by law or stated in the offer terms.
For physical goods, please contact us promptly if there is an issue. Goods must be returned in accordance with our instructions where a return is required.
For digital goods, courses, recordings, downloads, memberships and video access, refunds may be limited once access has been granted, content has been delivered, or materials have been downloaded, except where a remedy is required by law.
All refund requests should be made in writing to: [email protected].
15. Delivery of Physical and Digital Goods
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post, courier or another delivery provider. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
Risk in physical goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided, unless the law requires otherwise.
If an item is lost, delayed or damaged in transit, contact us and we will assist where reasonable. Replacement or refund will depend on the circumstances and your legal rights.
Digital goods are generally delivered by email, download, account access or online platform access. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address, internet connection, device, software and account details are correct and functional.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
You must not share your account access with any other person.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless the activity occurred because of our negligence or a security issue within our control.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
17. Online Communities and Participant Conduct
Some services may include access to online groups, forums, live calls, chat spaces, student communities, retreats, workshops or ceremonial group settings.

18. Confidentiality and Group Privacy
We ask all participants to respect the privacy of others.

Some events, classes, workshops, ceremonies, calls or sessions may be recorded, photographed or filmed for replay, training, educational, promotional or archival purposes.
Where practical, we will notify participants if recording or photography is taking place.
By attending or participating, you consent to being included in recordings where your voice, image, name, chat comments, questions or participation may appear, unless you notify us in writing before the event and take reasonable steps to remain off camera, muted or unidentified.
You must not record, photograph, screenshot, distribute or publish our events, courses, ceremonies, calls, participants, facilitators or materials without our written permission.
20. Testimonials and Results
Testimonials, stories, examples and case studies on our websites or in our materials are individual experiences only.
They do not guarantee that you will have the same or similar experience.

We do not guarantee spiritual, energetic, emotional, physical, financial, business, relationship or life outcomes.
21. Mentoring, Consulting and Business Guidance
Any mentoring, consulting, coaching or business-related discussion is educational and general in nature.
We do not provide financial, legal, accounting, tax, investment, medical, psychological or professional business advice unless expressly stated in writing and delivered by an appropriately qualified professional.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, risk assessment, professional advice and outcomes.
