Trading as Ascension Shamanism and PowerTV
Please read these Package & Payment Plan Terms carefully before purchasing a package, joining a payment plan, using a subscription code, enrolling in included events, or booking included sessions.
These Terms apply to packages, bundles, transformation journeys, memberships, subscriptions, event bundles, mentoring packages, healing packages, training packages, session packages and any other offer that allows you to pay over time or access multiple services under one purchase.
By purchasing a package or entering into a payment plan, you agree to these Package & Payment Plan Terms, together with our:
Together, these documents form the agreement between you and Shamanic Dragon Pty Ltd, trading as Ascension Shamanism and PowerTV.
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shamanic Dragon Pty Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the client, customer, student, participant, subscriber or purchaser.
1. Purpose of These Terms
These Terms are intended to clarify the practical arrangements for packages and payment plans, including:
These Terms do not repeat all of our general website, privacy, intellectual property, health, spiritual, legal and disclaimer terms. Those are covered in our Website Terms & Conditions, Website Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a package, join a payment plan, attend our events, access PowerTV, book sessions, or participate in Ascension Shamanism services.
3. Package Inclusions
Your package inclusions will be described on the relevant sales page, booking page, invoice, checkout page, written offer or confirmation email.
Depending on the package, inclusions may include:
Only the inclusions expressly stated at the time of purchase are included in your package.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, package inclusions are personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, shared or used by another person.
4. Payment Plans Are a Commitment to Pay the Full Package Price
Where a package is offered on a payment plan, you are not purchasing a casual month-to-month subscription unless the offer expressly says so.
You are agreeing to purchase the full package and pay the total package price over time.
Your payment plan allows you to spread the cost across multiple payments. It does not automatically allow you to stop paying simply because you change your mind, stop attending, do not use all inclusions, lose interest, become busy, or decide not to continue.
You remain responsible for all agreed payments unless:
5. Recurring Payments
By joining a payment plan, you authorise us or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the payment schedule shown at checkout, on your invoice, or in your written agreement.
Payments are usually charged on or around the same calendar date or business date each billing period.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
A failed, cancelled or expired card does not cancel your obligation to pay the remaining agreed package balance.
6. Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we may contact you and/or the payment platform may automatically notify you.
You agree to update your payment method and rectify the failed payment promptly.
If payment is not resolved within 2 business days, we may:
We may charge a reasonable failed payment or administration fee of $20 per failed payment where this has been disclosed before purchase and is permitted by law.
7. Access While Payments Are Active
To access package inclusions, you must either:
If your payments are overdue, we may suspend your access to future events, sessions, codes, recordings, digital content, communities or other benefits until your account is brought up to date.
Suspension of access does not automatically cancel your payment obligations.
8. Package Eligibility Periods
Each package has a period during which its inclusions must be used.
Unless a different period is stated in writing:
Unused sessions, events or credits expire at the end of the eligibility period unless we agree to extend them in writing.
Extensions are at our discretion unless required by law.
9. Booking Your Sessions and Events
You are responsible for booking your own sessions, classes, events or workshops using the booking links, codes, instructions or systems we provide.
If you receive a package code, coupon code, subscription code or booking code, you are responsible for keeping that code safe.
Each event, ceremony, workshop, retreat, class or session may have its own specific terms, prerequisites, preparation requirements, contraindications, cancellation rules, safety requirements or suitability conditions. By booking into a specific event or session, you agree to read and comply with those specific terms.
If you have difficulty booking an eligible session or event, contact us promptly at:
or any other contact email provided in your package confirmation.
10. Prerequisites and Suitability
Some events, ceremonies, trainings or advanced spiritual practices may require prior training, experience, approval or completion of prerequisite courses.
Purchasing a package does not guarantee that you are suitable for every event, ceremony, training or practice.
We reserve the right to refuse or defer your attendance at a particular event, ceremony, training or session if we reasonably believe that:
Where appropriate, we may suggest an alternative session, event, training pathway or credit.
11. Conduct and Integrity
You agree to participate in a respectful, adult and responsible manner.
This includes:
We may suspend or terminate access to a package if your behaviour is abusive, unsafe, disruptive, dishonest, disrespectful, unlawful, harmful to others, or in breach of our Website Terms & Conditions.
12. Your Responsibility for Spiritual, Energetic and Personal Work
Our work may include spiritual, energetic, shamanic, ceremonial, meditative, movement, mentoring or personal development practices.
These practices can sometimes bring up emotions, memories, sensations, fatigue, resistance, insights or discomfort.
You agree that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and for seeking appropriate support where needed, including from a doctor, psychologist, counsellor, psychiatrist, allied health practitioner, crisis service or other qualified professional.
Our services are educational, spiritual and experiential. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, crisis, legal, financial or emergency services.
For the full health, spiritual, energetic and professional advice disclaimer, please refer to our Website Disclaimer.
13. Cancelling During an Initial Review Period
Some packages may include an initial review or cancellation period. If this applies, the specific period will be stated on the package page, checkout page, invoice or written offer.
Where your package includes a 2-month initial review period, you may request cancellation within the first 2 months of signing up.
If you cancel during that period, we will calculate what you have already used or attended. You may be required to pay for services, sessions, events, materials, access or benefits already received at their standard individual prices.
If the amount you have paid is greater than the value of what you have used, we may provide a refund or credit, subject to Australian Consumer Law and the package terms.
If the value of what you have used is greater than the amount you have paid, you agree to pay the difference.
Example:
If you have paid $400 but have attended two events valued at $500 each, you have received $1,000 of value. You may be required to pay the remaining $600.
14. Cancelling After the Initial Review Period
After any initial review or cancellation period has ended, you remain responsible for the full package price unless:
If you ask to cancel after attending events, using sessions, accessing digital content, receiving materials or otherwise receiving package benefits, we may reconcile your account by calculating:
15. No-Shows and Late Cancellations
If you book a session, class, event, ceremony, workshop or retreat and do not attend, or cancel too late for your place to be reasonably offered to someone else, you may lose that booking, session credit, event credit or eligibility.
Unless otherwise stated for the specific event or session:
If you provide reasonable notice and we are able to accommodate a transfer, we may offer a credit, replacement date, transfer to another event, or attendance at the next available version of the same event. This is at our discretion unless required by law.
16. Event Transfers and Substitutions
If you are unable to attend an event included in your package, you may ask to transfer your place to a later date or to another suitable person.
Transfers are not guaranteed.
We may refuse a transfer where:
If we approve a substitute attendee, you remain responsible for ensuring they understand and accept all relevant terms, prerequisites, preparation requirements and participation responsibilities.
17. If We Cancel or Reschedule an Event
We may need to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate or change an event, class, ceremony, workshop or retreat due to illness, low enrolment, facilitator availability, venue issues, weather, emergency, safety concerns, travel issues, platform failures, government restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where this happens, we will offer a reasonable alternative, which may include:
We are not responsible for your travel, accommodation, time off work or other personal costs unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
18. Changing Your Package
You may ask to change your package, including by:
Changes are at our discretion and must be agreed in writing.
If a change affects the total package price, payment schedule, eligibility period or inclusions, we will confirm the new arrangement in writing before it applies.
Any updated package remains subject to these Package & Payment Plan Terms, our Website Terms & Conditions, Website Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
19. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded by law.
We are not required to provide a refund simply because you:
However, if Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy, we will provide the remedy required.
If you have not attended any events, used any sessions, accessed any substantial content, downloaded materials or received package benefits, we may consider a refund request in accordance with the package terms and Australian Consumer Law.
If you have already used part of the package, any refund, credit or balance owing will usually be calculated by reference to the value of what has already been provided.
20. Digital Content, Course Materials and Recordings
Some packages may include access to online courses, recordings, PowerTV, replays, downloads, documents, meditations, videos or other digital materials.
Unless otherwise stated:
For full intellectual property terms, please refer to our Website Terms & Conditions and Website Disclaimer.
21. Privacy and Personal Information
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By purchasing a package, joining a payment plan, booking sessions, enrolling in events or participating in services, you agree that we may collect and use personal information reasonably necessary to administer your package, process payments, manage bookings, communicate with you, provide services, assess suitability, and meet legal or business obligations.
Please read our Privacy Policy for the full explanation of how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information.
22. Relationship With Other Terms
These Package & Payment Plan Terms apply in addition to our Website Terms & Conditions, Website Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
If there is any inconsistency between these Package & Payment Plan Terms and the general Website Terms, these Package & Payment Plan Terms apply only to the specific issue of your package, payment plan, booking eligibility, package cancellation, package access or payment schedule.
The Website Terms & Conditions continue to apply to all general matters, including website use, intellectual property, limitation of liability, third-party links, privacy, disclaimers, jurisdiction and general legal terms.
23. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia in relation to any dispute connected with your package, payment plan, services or these Terms.
